“Art is in the eye of the beholder, and in my case in the taste of the beholder, so it’s imperative I work with dairy products I can trust - ones that can be used as standalone products, or ingredients in a beautiful dessert.”
The exquisite desserts created by Polyviou for the launch showcased the versatility of Bulla’s new flavoured cream range and included:
• Anna-Pavlova - a contemporary take on the traditional pavlova with an Anna-style twist. The pavlova featured meringue, popping mango, lime fuzz and Bulla Vanilla Cream.
• Caramelise Me with Bulla - A decadent salted caramel crème brulee with passionfruit macron, pop-corn, Bulla vanilla and chocolate cream
• Peaches n Crème - Honey peach, champagne gel, almond crisp and Bulla whipping cream
• Milk n Milo - Milo, milk, éclair, raspberry and Bulla chocolate cream
Helen Reece, Bulla Dairy Foods general manager marketing & innovation said that the new range is designed to promote creativity, while allowing consumers to save time in the kitchen.
