Corner BakCorner Bakery Caféery Cafe, a fast casual restaurant chain in the US, has inked two new multi-unit franchise deals with Blue Mountain Cafes and Neo Fourno to set up outlets in Arizona and in Wisconsin.

As part of the deal, Blue Mountain Cafes will open in 13 restaurants in Phoenix over the next seven years, while Neo Fourno plans to open ten new restaurants in Madison and Milwaukee over the next five years.

Corner Bakery Cafe believes that these new development plans will more than double its US footprint and will add 23 new cafes, increasing the total to more than 300 committed cafes.

Corner Bakery Cafe Franchise Sales vice president Gregg Koffler said these new markets are a perfect fit for Corner Bakery Café.

"Each community is known for its strong neighborhoods and with our neighborhood approach to development, we expect each new restaurant to quickly become a favorite gathering place for local families and friends," Koffler added.

Corner Bakery Cafe presently has more than 150 company-owned and franchised outlets in 16 states and Washington, DC.
