French processed vegetable maker Bonduelle said that turnover for the first half of the year rose 0.9% (4.9% on a like-for-like basis) to €987.7 million.
The company, which is headquartered in Villeneuve d'Ascq, said that this increase in sales was down to a performance recovery outside of Europe. Bonduelle said that the results keep it within its forecast of 3-5% sales increase for 12 months.
Non-European sales in the second quarter of their financial year rose 1.6% to just over €355 million.
The half year results that will be published on 26 February.
