LycoRed has appointed Rony Patishi-Chillim as its new CEO, effective October 1, 2014. The announcement follows the decision of LycoRed’s current CEO, Morris Zelkha, to step down after more than 20 years as CEO. Zelkha will continue to act as an advisor to the new CEO.
The change is part of a broader set of organisational changes announced by Chen Lichtenstein, president and CEO of the Adama Group, of which LycoRed is part.

Patishi-Chilli joined Adama Agricultural Solutions in 2010, and currently serves as SVP business development and global corporate communications. In this role, Patishi-Chillim led Adama’s comprehensive rebranding and strategic review process, and contributed to Adama's China integration team.
Prior to joining Adama in 2010, she served as SVP at the Investment Banking Group of Barclays Capital (formerly Lehman Brothers).
