The unification of the payment of tariffs for the movement of fresh citrus fruit outside the region of the Argentine Northwest will benefit Argentine citrus farmers.
The procedure will be carried out through the self-management system of the DTV-e, as indicated by the Health and Agri-Food Quality Service (Senasa), and will link the Senasa DTV-e emission and the tariff collection of the NOA Fitonsanitary Association (Afinoa) within the Plant and Animal Health checkpoints of the NOA Program.
The balance of the checking account will be verified in the Pre-Payment Platform of AFINOA, where the DTV-e issued will be charged. In the event that there are insufficient funds available in the producer's account to pay for the movement, the Sig-DTV screen will display a notification and the producer will have to make the corresponding bank deposit.
However, if the account has enough funds to carry out the movement, the amount resulting from the transaction will be debited at the time, recording the movement in the AFINOA Pre Payment Platform.
Thus, the users will no longer have to perform the procedure separately.
