Tipton Mills has introduced a probiotic instant coffee enriched with Ganeden Biotech’s patented GanedenBC30.
Unlike other probiotics, GanedenBC30 is a patented natural highly stable probiotic and can be consumed in a variety of foods and beverages.
It has a naturally occurring layer of organic material that makes the bacteria survive extreme temperatures involved in food and beverage manufacturing processes, shelf life, stomach acids and intestinal bile.
Tipton Mills is using GanedenBC30 for its entire range of beverages such as instant coffees, chai lattes, lattes, cappuccinos, teas in various flavors, and even high protein shakes and smoothies.
Tipton Mills operations vice president Wayne Eschberger said GanedenBC30 is a heat-stable probiotic with excellent shelf life.
