Hisense Australia, a subsidiary of China-based manufacturer of white goods and electronics - Hisense, has launched two new Dual Zone Wine Cabinets to store different wine varieties at different temperatures.

The cabinet is designed with dedicated sections for storing different types of wines, where each section can be set to different temperatures. For red wines, the cabinet section can be set at room temperature, while white and sparkling wines can be stored at cooler temperature zone.

Temperatures, ranging between 5 and 20 degrees Celsius, can be manually adjusted using touch controls on the inside of the cabinet. The company is also offering a guide with information related to ideal storage temperature for different wine varieties, reported current.com.

Hisense spokesperson told the website that it is important to store the wine at correct temperature during ageing process, which is not seen in many wine cellars.

The wine cabinets are available in two models of 36-bottle capacity and 58-bottle capacity, with a recommended retail price of $699 and $999, respectively. Both the models are available with Australian retailers Harvey Norman and The Good Guys.
