Starbucks Coffee has introduced its ready-to-drink (RTD) sparkling green coffee energy beverages Starbucks Refreshers in Canada.
The new Starbucks Refreshers are the lightly carbonated, caffeinated, canned version of the handcrafted Starbucks Refreshers beverages introduced at Starbucks stores in summer 2012.
Green coffee extract is created using raw beans sourced from 100% unroasted arabica coffee cherries.
Produced in Raspberry Pomegranate, Strawberry Lemonade and Orange Melon flavors, the beverages with real fruit juice offer 60 calories per serving.
Priced at $2.99 per 355ml can, the new beverages are made available at major grocery, mass merchandisers, convenience and gas stores across Canada.
The original handcrafted Starbucks Refreshers beverages are also available at Starbucks stores across Canada in Very Berry Hibiscus and Cool Lime flavors.
Starbucks Coffee Canada beverage director Kevin Reid said, "Today, in grocery, mass merchandisers, convenience and gas stores across the country, Canadians can pick up a can and enjoy a new delicious way to recharge with only 60 calories per can."
