Core Tip: Dingley Dell and Wick's Manor are among the premium pork brands to be represented at a major Hong Kong trade show next month.
BPEX is working in with UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) to put on a good show of British pork and pork products at HOFEX, the largest food and hospitality trade show in the Asia-Pacific region.

"Hong Kong is an important market for the United Kingdom — in 2011 goods worth more than £5bn were traded and there is scope for expanding that," said EBLEX and BPEX Export Manager Jean-Pierre.

"As part of the show, we will be sponsoring the main cookery competition, trade receptions and, it is hoped, a visit by a government minister.

Companies to be represented include Tulip, British Premium Sausage, Midland Bacon and Westaways.
