Canada’s Skuna Bay introduced a new white sturgeon caviar product today, according to a release from the company.

British Columbia-based Skuna Bay’s black caviar product comes from white sturgeon raised on a land-based farm in Sechelt run by partner company Northern Divine. The caviar is certified organic, and the tins are coded for traceability.

“When Northern Divine approached us about launching Skuna Bay white sturgeon caviar we were flattered and excited because we knew that their high standards, attention to detail and of course responsible rearing methods paralleled those of our Craftsman Farmers,” said Skuna Bay’s David Mergle.

The company is marketing the caviar to its chef customers in the United States.
