a Dog Brewing has initiated the construction of a new 20 barrel brewery at the Sea Dog Brew Pub in Clearwater, Florida.The brewing company has moved the containers of brewing equipment, 20 barrel system, to the site from Shipyard Brewport, which used to operate at the Orlando International Airport on 15 January 2014.
Sea Dog expects to open the new brewery in March 2014. The goal is to produce 10,000 barrels annually.
The new brewery will produce beer from Sea Dog and Shipyard Brewing Companies and special limited edition brews only available at the pub.
Sea Dog Brewing owner Fred Forsley said: "Demand for Shipyard and Sea Dog beer here in Florida has been very strong and the craft beer movement continues to grow."
Sea Dog Brewing manufactures beers in a traditional English style using ingredients like English two-row malted barley and British Ringwood yeast.
