Seafood processing equipment manufacturer Marel is planning to show off a new flowline product at Seafood Expo North America in Boston, 16-18 March.
Marel's flowline product line is geared toward replacing manual table processing of raw material with automated processes. The ProCon flowline is suitable for trimming fillets and hand filleting whole fish. The flowline uses RFID technology to track all product on the line and monitor performance. The ProCon flowline alse has data integration directly to Innova Filleting and Trimming software.
The company plans to demonstrate the ProCon and other at Marel's stand (#865) at the Seafood Expo. Marel staff will be available throughout the exhibition to provide information and advice on the company's equipment for processing salmon and whitefish.
