Dairy Crest has announced the newest member to the Clover family, Clover Lighter than Light.
Clover Lighter than Light is made with naturally low fat buttermilk and will be Clover’s lightest recipe to date with 80% less saturated fat than butter.
The product has been developed in response to Dairy Crest’s consumer and shopper research that emphasises the consumer need to seek healthy products for everyday use, without compromising on taste.
Products with reduced fat and saturated fat content assure a level of healthiness that shoppers can easily understand and navigate.

Clover Lighter than Light will attract more health focused shoppers to the Clover brand, currently worth £94.8m MAT.
Clover Lighter than Light will be available in Tesco from the 31st March (MRSP £2.00) and will be rolling out to other major retailers in the following months.
