OSI Group, LLC and Select Ready Foods, Edmonton, Alberta, announced a joint venture company called OSI Select Ready Foods.
Select Ready Foods is leading producer of value-added pork, beef and chicken products for foodservice operations, delis and retail outlets in Canada. The company also makes a line of premium entrees and appetizers under the Ready Cuisine, Rocky Mountain and Wok Ready brands. Select Ready Foods operates two production facilities in Alberta.

The joint venture brings the total number of countries in which OSI operates to 17. OSI is a leading supplier of value-added protein items and other food products to foodservice and retail brands.
