Cadbury is expanding its 'Layers of Joy' range with the launch of two new variants- Layers of Joy Caramellionaire and Layers of Joy Black Forrest.

Cadbury Layers of Joy Caramellionaire is the first new edition to join the Cadbury Layers of Joy range, following the re-branding of Cadbury Chocolate Trifle to Cadbury Layers of Joy in June.

The dessert is made with layers of Cadbury milk chocolate mousse, rich caramel dessert and white chocolate mousse.

Cadbury Layers of Joy Black Forrest is made from black cherry compote, with a layer of chocolate chip cookie, mixed with Cadbury milk chocolate dessert and topped off with cream.

Cadbury chilled desserts are produced by Müller at Minsterley, near Shrewsbury, under a licence from Cadbury.

Müller Dairy's marketing and R&D director Michael Inpong said: "The Cadbury Layers of Joy range represents the next step for Cadbury chilled desserts, building on the success of our smooth dessert ranges.

"Layers of Joy offers new texture and flavour combinations to excite fans of Cadbury chilled desserts," Inpong added.

Both products will be exclusively available at Asda and other multiples from 15 September. Both SKUs will be available in twin packs with an RRP of £1.19.
