We are now a few days away from the 7th edition of the Alzheimer Marathon, programmed for Sunday the 16th of September 2018: a 42 km race on the Fidal route (Italian Athletics Federation) starting from Mercato Saraceno and ending in Cesena. The goal of the marathon is to promote projects of prevention, assistance and research on the pathology. The weekend-long event offers a rich program of initiatives aimed at fighting social exclusion, supporting assistance and prevention and promoting research through the project of the Iret Foundation, a biomedical research organization.

SIPO has been sustaining the event for years and in this edition is going to have the support of the two partner companies in the production of the new line Super Veggies: Vivo and Il Melazzurro. The company is supplying more than 2,500 bowls of ready-to-eat salads with sprouts Super Veggies and 500 Fresh Vegetables Pesto to the racers. “After sponsoring last year’s Convivium for Alzheimer and Marathon, we decided to renew our support to Amici di Casa Insieme in this important event of our territory,” says Elisa Monticelli, from SIPO Marketing Department “We thank the association for its efforts in organizing this event in the spirit of a healthy lifestyle.”
