About 720 packages of these cookies were sold in all Meijer stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Wisconsin between February 13, 2019 and February 20, 2019. The cookies are packaged in a clear plastic container with a clamshell seal.
The recalled products are Ultimate Chocolate Mint Chip Cookies in 12 count containers with UPC number 0-41250-14563-9, and Ultimate Chocolate Mint Chip Cookies in 20 one containers with UPC number 0-41250-14564-6. A routine inspection revealed the presence of soy. The product was distributed without proper allergen labeling.
