Inspiration for this recipe came from my roomie. This is a forgiving recipe and a great way to get your greens! I eat it as a main dish, but this could easily be fit for four to six sides.
These popcorn balls are made with agave nectar and peanut butter and are spiked with chocolate-covered pretzels and dried cherries for a special treat.
The secret ingredient in this moist cake is mayonnaise, which gives it a shelf-life of 1 week in the fridge – if you can resist eating it before then, that is!
