City of London Distillery (COLD) is all set to open its doors on 29 October 2012 in London.
The distillery will be the first working distillery in the city for over 200 years, claims the company.
Located in Fleet Street, the new facility will feature a working distillery installed with two copper stills, a bar and a visitor attraction center, reported Express.co.uk.
COLD master distiller Jamie Baxter will use the copper stills to craft two products - City of London Distillery Vodka (COLD Vodka) and City of London Dry Gin.
COLD Vodka is a clear colored vodka with mild citrus aromas, warm cereal notes, and smooth and medium-bodied finish.
The City of London Dry Gin is made from herbal ingredients like Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orange, Lemon and Lime. It is clear colored with mild juniper aromas, notes of juniper and citrus, and smooth and medium-bodied finish.
The distillery will frame the two copper stills behind a glass window for public to watch the making of spirits, besides sampling each of the spirit.
COLD's bar will feature a menu comprising of over 140 bottles of gin, alongside a range of tonics and garnishes to compliment the gins.
