The standards project proposed for project approval related to food included “Sports beverage” and “Good manufacturing practices for wine enterprises”, etc.

Legal Affairs Office of the State Council issued “Rules for implementation of food safety law (draft for approval of the revised draft)”
On October 19th, 2016, Legal Affairs Office of the State Council issued “Rules for implementation of food safety law (draft for approval of the revised draft)” and solicited public opinions, and opinions should be submitted before November 19th, 2016. CFDA had issued draft of the rules before, and this was the draft for approval.
