Columbus Foods, a US-based producer of specialty meats, has launched Farm to Fork Naturals line, which features minimally processed, pre-sliced meats.
The Farm to Fork Naturals line has been introduced with three deli meat and four salame varieties. All varieties are made from pork or turkeys that have been raised on family farms, with no antibiotics and 100% vegetarian feeds, the company said.
The deli meats are made from whole turkey breasts, lightly seasoned and slow-roasted, while salame offerings are made with 100% pork and feature some of Columbus' popular recipes.
The deli meat varieties include Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, and Smoked Turkey Breast.
The salame varieties include Uncured Fennel Salame, Uncured Genoa Salame, Uncured Italian Dry Salame, and Uncured Sopressata Salame.
Columbus Foods noted that the deli meats are packaged using High Pressure Processing (HPP), a technology that ensures a fresher, safer product. Farm to Fork Naturals deli meats are available in 6 oz. peel and reseal packaging with an SRP of $5.99; the salame has an SRP $4.99 for 4 oz. The full line is available at select natural food stores.
