A new fruit juice has recently been launched and claims to have a 165 day lifespan when refrigerated.
The drink, which launched into the On Trade, is made by the fruit being picked, crushed, filtered and bottled then treated to a unique cold pressure process (HPP) instead of heat. The company said this process allows individual apple varieties like Pink Lady, Braeburn and Granny Smith to proudly showcase their unique flavours. The result, they say, is more Vitamin C, more nutrients and eight times the shelf life of traditional fruit juices.
Coldpress notes: “Pubs and bars have been crying out for a super premium fruit juice that delivers on taste and provides customers with a real alternative to alcohol that is different from the usual soft drink offerings. Because of the way Coldpress is made, our juices offer an outstandingly fresh taste at the same time as having a 165 day shelf life making them a versatile choice for bar owners.”
The full Coldpress range includes both 250ml and 750ml bottles and is available in the following varieties - Pink Lady Apple, Braeburn Apple, Granny Smith Apple, Golden Delicious Apple, Apple & Peach and Tropical, Apple & Passion Fruit, Apple & Lemon, Apple & Strawberry, Apple & Raspberry and Valencia Orange.
