me Smoked Fish has announced a special new product exclusively for Whole Foods Market's first location in Brooklyn, N.Y., where Acme is based.The company's product, a three-ounce smoked salmon pack, will debut at the store's opening on 17 December. The smoked salmon is farm-raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
"We've proudly carried Acme's high-quality and delicious smoked fish products in our New York stores for years," said James Slobozian, seafood coordinator for Whole Foods Market's Northeast region. "It's incredibly special for us to offer this special product for the first time as we join the Brooklyn community."
