Fal Foods, a US-based producer of natural food and dessert, has launched a new cream manufacturing company - Desserts That Matter, which will cater to the restaurant and foodservice industry in New York.
The new company will offer ice cream, gelato, and sorbet for the Metropolitan New York Area. All the flavors will be 100% natural and will be sourced from ingredients from local New York and New Jersey farmers, said the company.
The new flavors include Salted Caramel Pecan, Ricota Fig, Balsamic Panna Cotta Gelato, Cardomom Pistachio, Cheesecake Gelato, Pineapple Cilantro Sorbet, and Peach Bellini Sorbet.
Desserts That Matter's facility is a modern plant with enhanced equipment and it serves clients with both large run (continuous freezer) needs or small run (batch freezer) needs.
Desserts That Matter also offers a boutique premium co-packing service that is available to small to medium size ice cream manufacturers who are planning to create a premium pint, quart or tub package.
Fal Foods manufactures and distributes natural food and dessert products, services in both the retail and industrial capacity.
