The affected lot of erroneously packaged and labeled ice cream products was shipped nationwide to retail stores. They are packaged in a paperboard box labeled as “Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Fudge Brownie Pint Slices” and containing 9-fluid ounces (266 mL) of 3 individually wrapped ice cream slices. People who are allergic to peanuts and peanut butter could experience life-threatening reactions if they consume this product. They should return either return the product to the place of purchase or throw it away.
